"Unsolicited review here...I'm definitely a "dentist-hesitant" person so I love that one of the commenters used that term. That's exactly why this practice was recommended to me by a friend (a hygienist unrelated to this practice). I see a wonderful dental hygienist named Erin at Lionville Dental Associates. I have also experienced the care of both Dr. Reuss and Dr. Jesudason (Dr. J). And of course I've had plenty of interactions with the pros at the desk. Every interaction I have had over about three years now (including tough stuff, crown work and the like; I'm no spring chicken!) has been 100% top-notch. I always leave feeling relaxed and confident. I'm so grateful."

"Has been a perfect experience here since I started going here towards perhaps 7 months into the pandemic in 2020. Great place, great people, staff seems happy too, decent hygenists (Kim and Cindy have been my hygenists and they're both great), Carol, Karen, Dr. Reuss, Dr. Z, etc. They're all great and seem to love what they do. I highly recommend this practice to anybody. Everybody cares here too. My fear of dentists went away from my very first visit back in 2020. 100% recommended."

"I wholeheartedly trust every staff member of this place. From the extremely attentive and friendly receptionists, to each of the dentists. They will never do anything that doesn't need to be done (as some practices like to claim everything a cavity and fix it). They will never upcharge you. The dentists are also NOT obnoxiously chatty and only speak to the point, while explaining in all the details what is happening/what they are doing/why. I would recommend this practice to anyone. Update 2022: bringing my word family and all friends here. I moved but still make the drive because I refuse to switch my trusty dentists."

"A few years ago I took myself and three of my family members here for a routine cleaning. When we were done, I went to go pay our co-pays and they told me that they were wrong and that they didn’t take my dental insurance. They said that I owed them $1200 and they wouldn’t even negotiate with me. I did not pay all of it, because I didn’t think it was fair and also we don’t have that kind of money laying around. I just found out that this bill went into collections. Instead of eating the cost, they are willing to do something that will harm my husband’s credit, which will affect our family in the long run. My family of six had been patients of this office for many years, but obviously we will not be going back."

"Been at this location for a few yrs.Front desk staff is amazing!!! Karen, Carol and Sarah do an amazing job! They know who I like for my dental cleaning and my preferred dentist. Always smiling and pleasant!!! I have recommended to my friends when they were looking for a new dentist. There are a few locations: Parksburg and Colmar. Front staff and dentist were also amazing there!!!(trice is always cleaned and bright, specially with pandemic it's even welcoming coming in."
