"They called and made an appointment with my son who has a traumatic brain injury told us to make sure we call if we need to cancel. Running 5 minutes late so called to tell them. Get there to meet with Terri and went to help my son walk back because of leg injury. Terri states just him (it is quite obvious he has so physical disabilities) then returns 5 minutes later to tell me the appointment was canceled by the building! Really you couldn't give the same courtesy you expect I drove 45 minutes to get there! Much better service in Penndel"
"The doctor here is awful. She does not listen to any issues you are having or care about her patients. When I told her information was not accurate that she put in my notes she proceed to get loud with me and call me a liar. She has had many complaints against her and no one seems to care about any of them. If your looking for help, this is not the place to go to."
"Just as every other review says this place is awful and you should never go here. They don’t care about their patients at all. Never have I seen a worse medical practice. Never come here."
"Grateful to have a roof overhead but as a homeless person the treatment from staff is horrible. Some are caring and have empathy for the residents of the shelter but some clearly don't want to be working at the shelter and are lazy, just collecting a paycheck. No respect for homeless situation which can happen in a second to anyone. Not everyone uses drugs and life can throw you a curve ball at any time. The employees should have to spend 24 hours as a resident at the shelter and find out what it's really like and maybe they would gain some empathy walking in a homeless person's shoes for awhile. We are all human. Wake up staff! Do your jobs or go home!"
"This place is a JOKE! They basically bounce you from therapist to therapist and LIE to you on why. I had one therapist pass me off to another and I was told it was because she wanted to work with children. Total lie because I always saw her with adults. I had another therapist who was very awesome get fired and then administration tells us that's not true. Look, if a supervisor calls you telling you your therapist is no longer with them and it's out of the blue, what are you supposed to assume? My final therapist was no help and every time I complained, I was told to "deal with it" due to "high turnover." I was put in programs I did not need at all and when I left, I was just given a release form for the papers to be sent to another agency and the numbers for a crisis line. I haven't seen the shrink in three months and now I'm running out of medication. They could have at least gave me a medication refill that would tide me over for a couple of months until I get everything squared away with the next one. This place needs to be investigated."
