"I have been apart of this organization for 3+ years and the amount of change that I've been able to make in the 3+years I've been with them have been incredible. They have seen me through so many issues and dark times in my life. After even all this time they are still helping me with open loving arms. They have the most amazing, most understanding staff I've ever worked with. I have so much hope and excitement back in my life and I cannot be more grateful for every single person who has stood by my side and helped me."
"Amazing learning curve, wonderful support team and amazing families in group working together to help our loved ones struggling, that are working on recovery. Ann Marie has beautifully guided and help navigate us through changes and new successful approaches that have resulted in new communication styles and renewed relationships with our struggling loved ones ..."
"These people really care about their patients. Not only am I clean and sober after numerous tries at other places. I came into my appointment having a cardiac event and Catherine held me to keep me calm until the ambulance arrived. I was in a fib, could have gone into cardiac arrest but Catherine and doctor G kept me relaxed until the ambulance arrived. They go above and beyond here. 9 months of sobriety later and I have a chance of getting custody back of my daughter. I also still work with the STAR program and they've definitely done an amazing job with plugging me into other great resources."
"I'll keep it simple. The center was there in my darkest hour. They are still there. I know they will always be there. Because of the center my life is beautiful and I know it will stay beautiful ❤️"
"I recently sent an opinion piece to the Herald about the seminar you hosted this past week. On April 5th. I wrote to the Herald and asked that they not print what I wrote. On April 9th. without my permission they printed it anyway. I believe that your agency and other agencies who are trying to fight drug addiction are doing the best they can at this time. Stepping out into the community and inviting interested parties, educating the public and offering services that would otherwise be unavailable is a laudatory action. Recovery statistics are stubbornly low but that should not stop attempts to see that these statistics are slowly reversed. Your agency is struggling to see that this is accomplished. Good luck with your well-intentioned efforts. You are doing a huge job on a shoe string and deserve support, not lack of support."
