"I took the Vision Board workshop with Alyssa and it surpassed all of my expectations. It was a wonderful group of people. Alyssa took us through a meditation and journaling exercise to help us focus our intention and vision before we started working on our creations. All of the supplies were plentiful and varied. The time went so quickly. To wrap up, we were able to share our board with the group and commit to where we were going to put the board to be able to see it daily in support of our vision and journey. And best of all, the vision board is two-sided and the perfect size to keep in a book or a journal, or even a purse or book bag. My only suggestion would be to have a laminating option as a bonus at the end of class because I am quite sure my vision board is going to be getting a lot attention, and laminating would help keep it in great condition. "A yoga studio that offers “counseling”? Today is the second message I have left. I waited 2 days to give them time to return my message. I explained I was in crisis and a call back would really be appreciated. I don’t expect to get in right away, but I would think they would answer therapy calls...at the very least, “sorry we’re not taking new patients”. You shouldn’t deal with mental health at a yoga studio, if you don’t have somebody to answer the phone. People have very serious issues. It’s hard to even reach out. I was referred here, and I thought all the modalities they use could give me a different perspective. I don’t want to go anywhere that won’t even return my calls. Looks like I’ll be calling somewhere else. Very disappointed. EDIT: I called airmid on Wednesday and Friday and my call wasnt returned until Saturday. Almost 4 days. I got a call within 24hrs from another practice. I wish your patients luck with the “counseling” they’re going to need it."
