"10-7-22 my dad needed a Cat Scan (No Contrast) and we got the 1st appointment at 7:50 am. We shows up 15 minutes early to do paperwork. After checking in and doing all the paperwork required we were moved to a waiting room in the back and told we are a little early and that the tech would be with us shortly. Well it’s now 8:15 am and we are still waiting for him to be taken for his Cat Scan. How do you have the 1st appointment and still have a delay of 25 minutes ? We are the only people in the waiting room. 8:20 am I asked why are we still waiting and the woman stated my appointment was not until 8:20, I explained I set the appointment and was told 7:50 am. The woman tried to say that patients are told to show up 30 minutes before the appointment. She tells me central booking is wrong for telling us our time was 7:50am. And that she would pass along my displeasure. She disappears into the back room and I hear speaking with someone and the other voice Says oh well we have 1 machine and they will just hafta wait. The woman has now walked 3 more people back and is being super nice to them but ignoring us. 8:30 and we still wait. Tech just came and got my dad. Said she does not understand why they have people come early as the techs are not schedule to show up for work until 8:15 and it takes 15 minutes for the machines to warm up. The tech said the whole 30 minutes prior to the appointment is a joke because it takes less then 5-10 minutes to check someone in.. If I could Zero stars I would…….."

"I went for blood work today and it was a great experience. The whole process from the beginning (registration) to the end (the person drawing the blood) was great. The staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I’ll be using this lab location going forward because the service here is superior to other lab Corp or lab quest services I have previously used."
