"I had an hour long conversation with the nurse practitioner and then about 15 minutes with the Dr! They got my paperwork to get other things looked at and said no need to a vaginal exam. So I literally sadly in a room and talked to them about my options. They didn't rush me, they answered all questions I could think of and they were kind. I've been going here for a while and unfortunately many come and go but I have NEVER had a bad experience! This was just over the top so I had to write a review! I do want to add after listening to other reviews the wait time after your appointment is a little long! Not sure why. Waiting before wasn't a big deal but if your in a time crunch I would call before to let them know and see if they can d anything about it. The time for me is worth the kind of care I get. I've been using planned parenthood for over 10 years. This location I have used a few times always a super nice person working weither it's in the front or back !"

"I have been using this organization for over a year to handle my gender transition hormone care. For the most part it has been alright. However I needed to get reference papers for next steps and it has taken from October to now approaching newyears to get close to anything of a useful response. The gender care department contacts when they feel like it apparently, not when I as a paying customer need my stuff."

"I scheduled a pap smear here almost a month ahead of time for 4:45, but the office cancelled my appointment 4 hours before. I was told the clinician had a meeting and wouldn't be seeing patients anymore after 3. I won't be rescheduling, and I don't plan on ever going to this office for a pap smear, and certainly not for anything more time sensitive. I wouldn't trust them to handle it. Please have more respect for your patients' time."

"Honestly, I hate to even make this review. Staff members are super friendly and helpful, but you will sit in the waiting room for hours. I have been here many times and no matter what, you will wait more than an hour after your appointment to be seen. 2:45 appointment and at 4:05 I am still sitting in the waiting room… staff continually tell you that you should be called in a few minutes and nothing … upon speaking to other patients also waiting in the waiting room, there were multiple appointments scheduled for 2:45. No acknowledgement of double bookings, but that clearly is an issue. It really is a shame because the staff members are fantastic, but if you can’t respect my time just like I respect yours (you know, by showing up on time and/or early) then I will not be returning. I tried to give the benefit of a doubt many times, but there is no way anyone can be okay with waiting multiple hours for a 15 minute appointment. Planned parenthood, please DO BETTER. Respect your patients time like we respect the doctor’s. Doctor’s offices are open the same hours most businesses are, meaning most patients take time off of work to go to an appointment. It’s extremely disrespectful to anyone as a patient."

"No point of making an appointment you’re still going to wait. The NP completely ignored what I said and would not check my symptom regardless of how much I tried to explain to her the issue. Just completely brushed me off as if I was lying or she had more important things to do. I’m completely disgusted and now have to follow up with another doctors office who will listen to me and check me properly. My reason for coming here was out of convenience but this was my first time and I will never return."
