"I did not want to even give one star but that wasn't an option. I brought my daughter here for an appointment as a new client in which we took very seriously. We contemplated going to therapy and after many years of mustering up the courage my daughter finally decided it was time so when I made the appointment it was important that I felt it was the right choice for my daughter. At the time I thought it was. At the end of the first session we scheduled the next appointment for two weeks later. We showed up for the appointment at our scheduled time and the office was closed. No lights on, doors locked, and definitely closed. I called the office with no answer and left a message saying I was confused no one was there and upset because I had to drag my 3 week old newborn with us during rush hour. We live far away as well, so definitely was not convenient to only have to turn right around. I sat in an hour of traffic before I was able to get home. I waited for an apologetic phone call that never came. I never ever received a phone call explaining anything. Never once received a phone call from a business! The worst part is now my daughter thinks she was too problematic for the therapist to have as a client and perhaps that's why we've been shunned. My daughter has actually been crying and asking why the therapist did not want to see her!! All it would have taken was some professionalism with a returned phone call. An apology would have solved everything, or maybe if I was in the wrong an explanation would do, but not one single returned phone call from a place that is a so called business! Please beware of this seedy place. All we got out of it was a girl with very hurt feelings from a situation that has no conclusion... And for the record I NEVER write reviews. This was too much for me not to."
