"This is an absolute rip off, they only care about money and have zero care for patients. I tried therapy with them for a few months. Not only was it insanely expensive, but I received a bill two full months after discontinuing therapy. I have proof that I do not owe this money in the form of receipts, and no one from the practice will get back to me. I'm absolutely appalled at the lack of empathy and ridiculous charges and attempt to get more money from me. I know it is hard to find a therapist, but you should go literally anywhere else."

"I am beyond pissed ! How can a company take , such along time to testing ?? Like 14 weeks come on . I finally received my report back !!! Ashley Fredrick was supposed to reach out to me regrauds to my ADHD results! I lefted multiple message since last week on this girls voice mail . I don't understand why my insurance was billed if your not doing the right proper care nor her doing her job . This is ridiculous at this point I left messages upon messages I even contacted support staff and they told me that you would have to be able to read me the results and she still has yet to get back to me and reach out since last weekend every day this week not contacting me back very poor communication and a lot of company company she needs to contact me back cuz I do not know what I'm reading here no sense in the notes"
