"I went for blood work here for the first time as a walk in. This Convenient Care is very modern, clean, and filled with light. I checked in and waited a few minutes, then I was called in by the tech who drew my blood easily without any discomfort. I had the results that afternoon in my chart. Well done, Geisinger!"

"My Brother, a post stroke victim who had a Cerebral Bypass at University of Penn, is seeing a brand new physician Tiffany Becker. He has no clue what is going on, never knows test results, had a CPAP delivered to his apartment with no instructions. Doesn't even know what the results of his sleep study is. He is so short of breath beyond asthma and she keeps giving him inhalers. He cant remember what he did yesterday so you think TIFFANY BECKER would at least give him a print out with information or give him his test results and refer him to a Cardiologist since there is history on both sides of the family with heart disease. Why does a post stroke victim have a kid out of college taking care of him? I am two hours away and his POA and I am supposed to get all test results as well."

"My visit was very easy. Alexis was my nurse. Kate was a med student and Elizabeth Brody was very friendly and welcoming. Both the check in and check out staff were great too"

"Very unhappy I had a “cancelled” radiology appointment on 11/01/2021 I scheduled over 2 months ago , without so much as a phone call on their end ( and after countless text reminders I had to show up ) I showed up 5 minutes early to find they didn’t call their cancellations . Now after a phone call must wait another month. Do better Geisinger…felt awful for the receptionist , pretty sure I wasn’t the first one that showed up for a cancelled appointment that wasn’t notified . She tried to help but when you take a day off for something , you can’t just get a new appointment on a whim …"

"I absolutely love this facility. I have never waited long. Ever, even during the pandemic. The nurses are very friendly, so much so that I learn about their family and relatives and feel like I know them personally. My doctor, Dr.Becker always listens and takes the time to get to the root of my issues. She responds fast to my messages through the app, I never feel rushed or that my concerns don’t matter. The phlebotomist is always so kind, calm and quick. I did wait almost 30 minutes last time but that’s the longest I’ve ever had to wait. And this was during the pandemic.Even the receptionists.They’re all so kind. We’ve spoke about drinking devices(cirkul) and purses, recommendations on shopping etc. while checking out. I really love this facility and recommend others to give it a try. You don’t feel like a number here."
