I previously had farmers through my local agency but she had closed down. on asking for just a quote this person went ahead and canceled my current insurance and activated my quote all without my say so. plain and clear instructions that all I want was a quote. when I tried to reach out to him to see where the miscommunication was made. he was conveniently out of the office, I left messages and he never called me back to discuss this matter. I end up having to call the main headquarters to get it all sorted out with my policy and also went with a better company Geico. Do not go with this person if you want to avoid a massive headache."
