"Not thrilled with the nurse Annie she is rude and unprofessional I have been waiting for a correct rx script since last Friday it is still not done today and it the following Thursday when I called to complain I was told they would just discharge us after I told them this is not appropriate behavior from adults & her response was that it is a pharmacy issues after many calls to pharmacy it is on the footsteps end very disappointing from this practice I love Kara she is sweet and wonderful the nurse needs to go"

"Edited from old review. Old one is now removed. Things have changed. My therapist is still kind, but now it feels like a pressure-filled environment. One of the nurses confessed that my therapist was talking to her about what I said to her in my sessions, even if it wasn’t dangerous to me. The psychologist I see through them only cares about my weight. I went from feeling safe to feeling like I had to keep things to myself to feel safe."

"My child’s initial appointment the therapist I met with was nice attentive and caring during his initial evaluation. but it’s sad to say that this is the only thing good I can say about my time visiting this establishment…the nurse/office staff were very rude, spoke in a manner that was offensive…after showing up a few minutes behind my child’s appointment was canceled when asked what was the policy requirements she said “just to be here that it!” (With an attitude) I asked normally some offices give 15 minute grace period I’m only 5 minutes late she then stated “we don’t have a policy and rescheduled my sons appointment.” After that on top of many other occasions I’ve made my decision to just leave the establishment and services missing my child’s following appointment then I get a letter days letter speaking of a policy and stating lies about when I were the times of my arrival…if you are looking for somewhere that will treat you with respect and care and truly want to help you and your child this is not the place to go."

"This place was literally a waste of time, let me save you yours. "Change your environment", and you can go somewhere else if you need meds."

"They don’t answer the phone or return calls."
