"I have had a wonderful experience at the Main St. location in downtown Johnstown. I had been going to ACRP (also downtown) for several years...it got worse and worse and worse. ACRP should be ashamed of themselves. The care and treatment there is appalling. Anyways - I had to wait a bit on the waiting list but eventually got scheduled. i have been going there for 1 year. They also are willing to work with your schedule. They will schedule appointments as early as 7am. I see Ashley for my meds and Nikki for therapy. they are both fantastic. they hear me out, are not afraid to try new meds or methods. I have drug resistant bipolar depression. I suffered MANY years. I could not get a correct diagnosis and was on the wrong meds (at acrp). if you are looking to get proper, kind and caring treatment, i highly recommend NULTON DIAGNOSTICS!"

"I do like my therapist however I need intense counseling which I haven't received yet. The staff is good about getting my meds to the pharmacy. I would recommend this place for getting the right meds but not sure about the counseling yet. Will update"

"Doctor refuses to treat ADHD then dismissed me as a patient when I sought a second opinion for the ADHD only. I was honest enough to tell her right away and got told to find a new doctor for depression/anxiety issues. What is the problem? Receptionists will literally refuse to allow you to speak or clarify the law regarding minors. I had one tell me they are the same as adults in PA in regards to their mental health. No, that is NOT what the law says. She even told me to Google it. I had, that is how I knew she was wrong but I never could tell her that because she kept overtalking me to the point of screaming. It was outrageous! I would have so fired her if I were her boss. RUDE!!!"

"Made an appointment for my son to be seen ONCE for a medical waiver for the military. I was supposed to get a confirmation call the day before. No call. I called the morning of the appointment at 1030. No response. By 11 when i called back, the appt was cancelled because they supposedly called me at 1045 (I did not get a call). Shannon is the ONLY employee up there that is competent enough to do her job. Scheduling will LIE to try to cover their butts. I left work early and so did my son, for nothing, because someone didnt do their job!!! Go somewhere else!!!!"

"Been waiting for over two years on priority for therapy which i really need. The doctors basically on vacation a lot of the year and they dont send my meds to the right place i have confirmed with them where to send the meds three times now and they still send them to a different place. I had a therapist there but stopped seeing her because she refused to listen to me and she confidentiality denied me having what i was thinking i have without even hearing my reasons. The doctor basically yelled at me the first appointment because i was about to get kicked put of school due to my depression and bullying. I have told them multiple times i think i have ptsd they still have yet to try to get my diagnosis of it. Meanwhile ive been struggling with nightmares every night. The meds they have given for the nightmares have not worked at all. Please go to a different place if you need help."
