"I am dissatisfied with the billing practices at Mon Yough. Mon Yough billing has not been mailing me my monthly bills and this is not the first time that this has occurred. It also occurred last year, Mon Yough did not send me one bill under the UPMC organization. Now that they are UPMC, I have not received any of my bills and now I have to complain about them again. Last year once I complained they sent me a large bill. I am very upset with Mon Yough over this issue. They need to hire people that know how to perform their jobs correctly and professionally because their practice of not sending me my monthly bills to let them pile up is very unprofessional."
