"Dr. Casella is a great dentist. Very thorough, very nice and will give you a referral to a oral surgeon if teeth need pulled depending on your insurance. My husband has 3 & 1/2 teeth left and Dr. Casella has given my husband a referral to get them last 3 & 1/2 teeth extracted. Am happy that I got my husband an oral surgeon that had openings in June 2023. Am finally going to be happy when my husband gets back to feeling better. Dr. Casella will even get my husband fitted for new dentures as my husband's old dentures are broken and don't fit right at all......."

"I went to this dentist after being traumatized from Poling Family dental after being told that my teeth were in need of extraction, and an implant and I would have to pay thousands of dollars for the procedure because the paperwork was too much to go through my insurance. But when I came here the dentist was very kind and validated my experience and assured me that my teeth were completely healthy and I am instead of suffering from TMJ. He did an x-ray and looked at the nerves of the teeth thoroughly as well as examined my bite and have now set up a plan for a mouthguard. I am extremely grateful for the help and the relief."

"This man traumatized me as I child and from the looks of the other reviews he hasn't stopped so I feel the need to share my story as well. I was about 7 years old and he didn't allow my parents to come back with me. He only put the numbing jell on my tooth that is used to prep for the numbing shot, never gave the numbing shot. Then attempted to rip out my tooth piece by piece while I was crying in pain. He yelled at me for crying then slammed all his tools down and told the hygienist to get me out of there..I was a child and this was very traumatic for me and im only sharing my experience in hopes another person does not have to meet this monster. Go ahead and say I was never a patient here like the other bad reviews. I am affected by it to this day."

"PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I went there and had to get a few fillings in my front teeth, within a month they all fell out! (Fast forward a year) and I’m finally going to get this all fixed at a new office, and I needed my x-rays from this office and they told me they don’t have them!!!! They pretty much just threw my x-rays out, after only a year. Don’t ever go here"
