"Dr howland told me I am beyond help and refused to either increase me or switch my medicine when I said I've been depressed for the past two months. I waited an HOUR past my scheduled time because the receptionist never told him I was here. He was shortempered for my not even 5 min medcheck with him, which I walked out of after he said I'm beyond help. I would never recommend him to ever help anyone with a mental health problem again. He should not be working in this field."

"Erica B is the best therapist I've ever had. She gueniely cares about her job and has very helpful insight. Ben is wonderful as well. Both very qualified to help!!"

"Definitely agree with some of these comments. The receptionist is very rude and I felt like she was trying to rush me as if she was not interested in anything I was saying. They didn't even have records of my child attending there. She definitely was not listening to me because I was saying Jeff, she was saying Jessica. Completely two different names. Absolutely felt helpless there. It's like I was speaking alien or something. The person that my daughter was seeing canceled and switched things up on me at the last minute on three different occasions. But one day, when I was three minutes late, he wouldn't even see me. But you were unprofessional with canceling things at the last minute, like seriously. Like get with the program freaking annoying."

"This place is a train wreck. They post that they are hiring, lead people on and can't give a direct answer on employment after weeks if waiting. After two months of being led to believe I had a job, I found other employment. The Center for Excellence does not live up to it's laughable name. Very unprofessional and disorganized."

"Called to inquire about drug and alcohol classes for a family member and spoke to Shannon who was extremely rude and assumptive. I simply asked for a schedule of classes offered and she danced around the question and told me I was not authorized to receive medical information on the client. I was confused because that wasn’t what I asked and asked her again and she again danced around the question and then rudely told me it just depends on the therapist. Im unsure if the rest of the employees carry this attitude and demeanor but Shannon’s has a lot to be desired."
