"I made an appointment and at that time I told the person I spoke with that I had CIGNA Medicare Insurance. I was put on hold while the receptionist checked to make sure that my insurance was accepted. I was told that they did accept CIGNA Medicare. I waited 2 months for my Medicare insurance to start. On the day that I arrived for my appointment I was told that they did not accept Cigna Medicare and that I could not be seen."
"I scheduled an appointment with this doctor. They did not tell me I could not bring my child with me. I am a single mom with a 4 year old at home. I have no family and no one near me. I work full time from home. I got there and they refused me service. What do new mothers do with newborns? I was seeing them for a serious issue and they turned me away. I am highly disgusted with the level of service I received. I will not be returning even if I do make arrangements."
