"Big store but not enough employees to help. I was looking for clothes for my 5 year-old granddaughter and wasn't sure of the sizes that fit. She wears a 6 but kids clothes have all kinds of different sizes shown like xtra small. I just want to find the right size and have help from employees, which you don't have. I bought a couple of things that probably might fit..Would have spent a lot more if someone would have helped me."

"This is a really nice JCP with Sephora inside. I usually stop for Sephora and always wind up deeper in the store finding all kinds of GREAT deals. On this trip I got my son a pair of nice $35 Jean's for $10ish. They are having a fairly large clearance sale w 70% off (i believe it's off the lowest marked price. The employees are always very friendly and the facilities (bathroom included)have been clean on my visit."
"Kept calling for cashiers. There already was no one to assist shoppers so that made it worse. Looked like poor staffing by management. Makes you feel like they just want your money but can not assist shoppers."
