When I came back 3 months later to check and see if we were ready to put in a hoop, the older gentleman changed it out and it was painless. I waited til almost 40y/o to do a piercing I've wanted since my teens and this place made it great. Didn't feel weird, odd, or anything. I felt comfortable in a safe and clean environment.
