Ideal Image Willow Grove

"This review was an error meant for massage envy. My appoint there was for my facial last Sunday Jan 28th and I put it under ideal image. I am at ideal image now and am absolutely excited to say they know there stuff. I worked closely with customer service at length and she helped me find a perfect package for my renewal with care and interest. She focused on my needs and went the extra mile most people don’t. Olivia is superb at what she does. She is new but found her way around all of my questions being there alone and I was exceptionally surprised by her knowledge. Aisha was my head nurse and the best I’ve had in aesthetics services to date. She took time and care to make my face look perfect. She knows how to give the look you’re asking for and takes her time with you to ensure perfection. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her. In fact I shouldn’t be telling you her name because I want to be able to have her all to myself. She is the bomb!!!!"

"If I could give Amber 10 stars I would! Amber is incredibly patient with me during my laser hair removal sessions (I have a low pain tolerance, but she’s consistently kept me calm and gives me breaks/stress balls as needed). She’s super thorough and has the kindest bedside manner, too! Highly recommend seeing her! She’s amazing!"

"Aisha was my Aesthetic Nurse and I already booked my next appointment with her. So kind and patient. So knowledgeable and taught me and walked me through every step and explained what muscles were involved in what area. Did not try and push me to get more then needed, honest professional opinion, very experienced! I definitely recommend Aisha is this is new for you and your nervous. Picture is 6 hours after. Did not want to take one but had to show off her Work. Will even look better in a week as project works it’s magic"

"The first time I talked to them was on Facebook and they said no contract for 1 year and pay 72 every month, and I can cancel whenever I want. I gave them my info including my backing account and they transfer me Ally bank without my consent. I spent more then 1 year going and I medical issues and I couldn’t go and I told them I couldn’t go and l canceled my appointment in June. But they still charged me and I call the bank they transfer me to and they said that I transferred myself there but I didn’t. That messed up my credit because they took a money and had me In bank I didn’t know about. when I talked to Ally they took $1300out my loan without consent.And I had my appointment in June and I canceled and they said I had my last appointment in August that was a lie . Right when I finished paying the bank they called me and then had the audacity to ask me if I still wanted to get treatment. You guys are just scammers."
