"Sales lady was watching the whole time. Told me they didn’t sell what I was looking for but I found many in the store but WORST she charged my card 4x and now I’m waiting for a reimbursement from my bank. One 15$ phone cause $70!!!"

"Had an horrible encounter with the person that claimed she was the manager of this store named Taylor. Customer Servise does not exist at this place. The piecing that my daughter received was notiecably uneven. We returned to the store and spoke to the young lady that made the mistake. She acknowledged and before we could proceed with the correction someone yelled across the room while on a personal phone call on her cell, that they wont correct the problem because they have to open up new earnings. Told her that we just wanted to use the earing that we purchased a day and half earlier. She kept yelling it's policy, but I read that pink paper backwards and forward and could not find that so called "policy". She refused to give me her full name and claimed thay her last name is personal. If this allowed you to give a negative she would have earned it."

"My 2 daughters came in the store the evening of 8/20/2020 Approx 6:20pm asked a African American sales associate a question about lip gloss, she rudely said she didn’t know and walked away!!! Like what? My girls are very respectful and soft spoken, I called the store and what do you know!!! I knew it was her by the tone of her voice! She would not give her name but stated she was the only person working. When I said I would like to come up and talk to someone she said we close at 7 and hung up! I would never step foot in this store again not even a gift card would bring me there."
