"I’ve never had a bad experience shopping here. The prices here beat any other store prices both in person and or online. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about getting you(the customer) the right size, they take their time to make sure what you leave with will benefit the reason for the shoe. I’ve gotten amazing selections here."
"Place has gone downhill in the last 2 months they seem to have new management that doesn’t know anything, I normally purchase at least 20 pairs of shoes a month for the nursing home I work at unfortunately I may have to go elsewhere."
"Good price, nice store"
"I didn't even know this store was in The Crossings till today when I needed to return a pair of boots I ordered online that were too small. I was able to return the boots in the store and get the size boots I needed. Easy Peasy. I walked around a little and was super impressed with how neat and organized the rows of shoes are. I plan to go back in a few days and buy a pair of shoes I liked."
"There's one older sales clerk in this Crossing Outlet, Tannersville, PA store. I don't frequent these outlet stores much as the prices aren't any real bargain and most of the shoppers are from the New City, where there is sales taxes on clothes and shoes. Anyhow, I immediately notice a fur lined suede bootie and ask him if he has it in my size. He didn't want to address my request; the store was empty and he didnt want to help us. Not sure what his story is, but 6 shoppers walked in and we left the store. Also, shelving in these stores SHOULD NOT include the bottom area because it's hard for the older shoppers to reach down and see what selections are on the floor. Especially when lone sales clerk is huddling close to the register."
