"BUYER BEWARE I purchased a jacket as a gift for my daughter. knowing how hard it is to size womans clothing correctly I asked if this did not fit could i exchange it for the correct size. "sure of course no problem just bring it back and we will change it out for you" What they don't tell you is that: -They can only exchange it for what is in stock -They can not order the correct size in for you -They can not tell when and if it will ever be in -If it does happen to come in they can not hold it for you -If another NorthFace has it they might not let you exchange it -Even though it is available on the website (at double the price) they will not let you order and exchange it from the website. -Customer service will not do anything either and basically hides behind the fact that the website and store are two different entities (then they should have a different name). Very frustrating I will not shop at this store ever again. Now after giving my daughter a gift that was in my price range and she actually loved it I have to either go out and spend double that to get it in her size or ask her to settle for a jacket she does not like as much. If I had known any of this up from I would have mad sure she was there before I purchased it. Very misleading policies"
