"If I can save one soul from this doctor, so be it. First and foremost, the staff was excellent. From scheduling to check-in and check-out, 5 stars. But the doctor on the other hand - yikes. She will not listen to you, at all. In fact, she'll stare at her computer screen and read the "data" that you insist doesn't exist because you had been using a telehealth platform. For clarity, I used a telehealth option because it was a money/time saver - like MAJORLY. Simply put, I waited for like 6 months for the appointment and couldn't wait that long for treatment. Apparently, I waited that long for an unnecessary swab and really, only to be treated like a liar. Actually, she all BUT called me a liar. Even though I had been waiting months for the appointment and had an on again off again issue, I told her I had been treating it on my own via a telehealth platform and I wasn't having those particular issues that day; she still swabbed me. I've never felt so violated and awful leaving an appointment before in my entire life and I've lost a child! She made me feel lower than low. I had such high hopes considering her skill set but her people skills are beyond lacking. Her energy and how she spoke to me alone made me so nervous/uneasy, I was having trouble even thinking of a couple important facts (for the timeline) because no matter what I said, she barely made eye contact. If you're thinking of going here, just don't. I cannot imagine that being my first ever gynecological appointment, I'd never go to another!"

"I am absolutely satisfied with the care, concern, and professionalism that I received from the staff and especially Dr. Capelle. Due to continuing care/surgery I now can get back to a normal life style. I can not thank you enough Dr. Capelle. Thanks to you and your encouragement I will be able to enjoy life again!!"

"Susan Capelle did my last 3 surgeries for Endometriosis. After the 3rd surgery she said she couldn’t remove it all and just suggested birth control. Never educated me that there are specialists for this type of disease. I did my own research and found a doctor in PA that is a specialist. I got in the next day at UPMC but Susan’s office couldn’t guarantee my records would be sent over because their policy is “30 days” worst care I’ve ever received. Worst bedside manner. Never will go to her or her office again."

"Off… it’s been a while since I went here. I never went back after experiencing another doctor. If you have not been before, don’t go here as a first experience. There are odd habits from this doctor. Just off… after having an exam there was a strange conversation following. Unusual comments about my body unrelated to health, just a weird opinion? Idk. Their billing is also completely unprofessional. Might be okay? Just be… Cautious."
