"Won a shoe contest back in Nov 2023 for a friend. I paid 240$ for the shoes. 5 emails later, a phone call to the store, i still don’t have the shoes and my bank is the one who refunded me the 240$. The “manager” told me he couldn’t help me, and wouldn’t put me in contact to someone who could. So essentially, they tried to steal $240 from me. I’ll be reporting this store to the better business bureau (they already have an F rating)"

"Not sure how you can operate an online shoe/clothing business and not allow exchanges or returns. I ordered a pair of shoes in my normal size, but after trying them on they were way bigger than expected. I asked about returning or exchanging them and they told me that "all sales are final." No options at all. No store credit, no exchanges, nothing. Sorry, but that's awful customer service. To pay for a $200 shoe and $20 shipping (which they took a week to even ship them out) and not allow you to even exchange or provide store credit is crazy."

"Ordered online and paid $40 USD for postage for a number of items and then they refunded all but one item and still shipped the remaining SINGLE ITEM at the pre quoted shipping price. Terrible service and didn't attempt to make communication until after it had been shipped. Clearly don't care about customers. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND PURCHASING HERE."

"Great selection of items and the store is kept clean. The only complaint I have is some employees are not friendly at all but it is never a true problem for me when shopping here. Definitely recommend the store if you’re looking for high fashion and street wear in PGH."
