He never brushed me off or try to sell me something I didn't want. Where do you get that kind of honest advice and friendly service anymore?"

"Friendly, helpful, courteous beyond belief. Every time I've been here, I was helped to find exactly what I needed even if I walked in not sure what I wanted. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because now that I'm in a wheelchair, I can no longer enter the store. (There is a single step at the entrance.) But their website is a close second to actually going to the store."

"If you've been around awhile...you remember stores that welcomed you when you came in...stores that weren't splashy or glitzy...just...SHOPS. Usually owned by families. They specialized in a specific line of goods they were experts in, offered great value, even greater service, and stood behind every sale they made. All without fanfare or fanciness. It was a good way of doing business. And here? That "old fashioned" way still survives. If you need work wear that lasts, boots that fit, specialty gear for your job or maybe even have uniforms or shirts made up for your business, there are bigger places you can go, certainly.
