"Unfortunately, I have to leave a minimum of one star. Really, my rating is zero stars. Sculptz aka Silkies is a company to avoid at all costs. I do not have an issue with their products. My issue is with their handling (lack thereof) of an important matter involving payment processing and unauthorized attempts to draft money from my checking account. All seemed well with the company for several months. That is until I sent them a check for my pantyhose order. For starters, they took a month to cash the check. Within two weeks of me mailing the payment, I called Silkies to ask if they received my payment. The representative confirmed receipt of payment and the date the payment was processed. They actually received it within a few days. But for some odd reason, the money had not been withdrawn from my account. Finally a couple of weeks later, they deposited the check. However due to an error on my part (I forgot about the check), my bank did not honor the check due to insufficient funds. I was notified by my bank within two days. I immediately contacted Silkies to explain what transpired and provided them with a credit card to pay the bill. I was assured that all was well at that time. Well to my dismay, the Accounting dept at Silkies redeposited the check (although I had cleared my balance with the credit card payment). AND, they attempted two unauthorized ACH withdrawals for dollar amounts greatly exceeding the amount of the already paid pantyhose order. Needless to say I was and I am still flabbergasted! I have made several calls to their Customer Service dept and sent several emails to one of their Executives by the name of Candice regarding this matter. And to this date, I have not received any explanation as to why they did what they did. I'm pretty sure it is illegal to attempt ACH withdrawals without my consent ( especially since no money was owed). I also sent them documentation prepared by my bank proving what they did. I tried to resolve this matter with Silkies/Sculptz to no avail. I will however take this matter further. And of course, I will never do business with them again."
