"I bought a Landyachtz ATV Nightfox skateboard from their website, and it ended up having a defect. The wheel relief pockets were not in the correct spot so I was getting wheel bind. Brought it into the store and showed it to the manager. He gladly swapped out the board for a brand new one even though mine had been used a few times and had scratches.
