"I went to this location three times in the past few months. Each time I had an excellent experience! The Sales Associates, all Black (in looking at other reviews, don't understand why the race matters), were very helpful, kind and patient. I look forward to visiting again, soon!"

"Very rude sales women in this location. It doesn’t help that several stores have closed in this area. This is the closest one to me which is still a good 30-45 minutes away. When I entered the store there were 3 black women standing at the register chatting, none of them greeted me or even acknowledged me entering the store. I shopped around for about 7-10 minutes before a white lady appeared from the back and greeted me finally and asked if I needed any assistance. After finding what I wanted to purchase I went to the front where one of the black associates was sitting on a stool scrolling on her cell phone. She never looked up from her phone. Another black associate walked up to the counter and proceeded to check me out. I informed her that I wanted to make a payment to my charge account but didn’t have my wallet, only my debit card. She tells me that it is impossible for her to pull up my charge account without the physical card or my drivers license. I said ok, I will just make this purchase and come back another day to make the payment……….(this is the kicker) She asks for my phone number so I can make my purchase, and guess what……..ALL OF MY INFORMATION POPS UP ON THE SCREEN ALSO THE OPTION TO PAY WITH MY CHARGE CARD!!!!!!! I truly hope that Lane Bryant finds some better people who actually want to work. I understand now why so many stores have closed in this area. The people are lazy and giving this company a bad name!!"

"Ignorant sales person had an attitude. I think her name was Michelle. She didn’t introduce herself. I was with my toddler who was having a MILD meltdown but they acted like they never saw a kid act like a kid before. She wasn’t being destructive or anything. Just crying. It’s a store. Not a 5 star restaurant. Referred to my daughter as “that situation”. Never again."

"Was not greeted salesperson acted as though she didn't want to help once I told her I forgot my card but wanted to return some items that was purchased on line.Didn't get the name but I was the talk black lady with glasses older lady.Nasty ATTITUDE WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN"

"I was in the store today to make a return and they could not help me . The sales associate Tracy just keep saying that she could not pull up the transaction but I had a receipt and she still refused to help me . I waited for the manger Michele who never came out to help me . I can’t believe a store that I spend a least 1000.00 a year could not help me. So disappointed in my favorite store as of today I will shop torrid."
