"The therapeutic parenting meetings I attended and the counseling my children received was very poor. The staff were not knowledgeable about the issues and problems we were experiencing, and so they were not able to help us. The director, Dr. Laura Capage, was rude, heartless, and had a "know-it-all" attitude. I was very disappointed that the new program they had to help parents and families with substance abuse issues didn't help us with reunification. Instead, the recommendations they made to the court helped to tear my family of 24 years apart."
