"The first one I arrived at the store to pick up my order. I was sad. My order had been put back the day before but I had never been notified that it ever even arrived at the store. But then one of the managers helped me and they were able to ship me the item at no charge to my house and it made everything so much better. Because I did not want to go back to the King of Prussia Mall. It's a madhouse, especially this time of year. So shot out to Bella I believe her name was."

"I visited this Anthropologie on Wednesday September 6th, 2023 around 6:30PM. I drove quite sometime to get specifically to this Anthropologie because I was looking for something specific for a conference that I was in town for. Let me just say, I should have listened to the google reviews. I walked around for at least 20 minutes, not a single person acknowledged me or asked if I was looking for something (which I was!) I did find a couple of things and went back to the fitting area to try on. I came out because I had a question about the fit on the jumpsuit I tried on. The associate answered my question, but then continued to go "over the top" on how great this outfit was on me, and that I "had to get it". It was not good, and I really did not appreciate the passionless assistance that they were providing. Will not be back."

"I was recently in the KOP store, and I was racially profiled. I've been in the store many times before, but there were several new sales associates, and they made me feel unwelcome! Normally, when I go into the store, I get a lot of stares from their Caucasian customers, as if my brown complexion self should not be shopping in the store with them. However, this time, when I was in the store, I received stares from not only the Caucasian customers but one particular sales associate (Wentz) who followed me around in the store. I complained to the store manager and the only thing he said he could do was, during my next shopping trip to the store, he could provide me with a "personal shopping experience"... this was even more insulting... basically, he was going to have a sales associate walk around the store with me while I shopped... I guess to make sure I didn't steal anything. I've been shopping at this particular store for over 5 years, and it's sad that people of color are treated differently than non-persons of color. This experience set me back 50 years. I suggest that people of color be mindful that you are being profiled. I worked in retail and it has been my own experience... when black and brown people are shopping... they are being policed, while non-persons of color are actually doing all the stealing."

"Positives: plenty of room for strollers, lots of items of all sorts with a modern style, chairs everywhere. Negatives: the store is decorated with loofahes, there is nothing for men the size and shape of men, and they wouldn't sell me the decorative firewood at a reasonable price."
