"I placed an order on June 12 for pick-up and stopped by the store to see if it was ready (was 4 hours later and I had an order to pick up at Nordstrom). They didn’t have a chance to get to it yet because of how busy they were. Denise and her staff immediately started putting my order together. They we’re all so friendly and accommodating - the epitome of great customer service!"

"They’ll order the size you’re looking for and it’ll take 5 business days and cost you $15 dollars. Many items on the hangers look wrinkled and worn. Some are missing the tags to tell you what the style is. No one helped helped me while in the dressing room or offered to take the $400 worth of merchandise into the room and just watched me struggle as they hung out. Most dressing rooms don’t close without leaving a foot wide gap, so I had to keep trying to move a heavy curtain which ultimately hurt my back and ruined my day. Had to go to Ardmore to find the pants I was looking for."

"Really cute clothes that you can get a great deal on when they have sales. The salespeople are very helpful, especially with checking in on you while you’re in the changing rooms and getting alternate sizes/styles. Only con was some of the staff were a little bit pushy with opening an Ann Taylor credit card. Overall though a great store!"
