"DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Been buying and selling clothing here for as long as I can remember. I brought more than a bag of clothes with me to sell, all name brand, American eagle, areo, old navy, and wrangler. I had brought in 10 pairs of jeans including 6 BRAND NEW pairs of jeans, only worn in fitting room once by me. Had multiple t shirts. Had dressier tops that I’ve never even worn and got told “they are all old.” The 6 pairs of brand new name brand jeans were bought a month ago! 3 north face fuzzy zip ups were denied as well. Not to mention they didn’t text, call or even email to tell me they were done I had to call and ask them myself."
"Like most of the reviews noted here, most (not all, but most) of the staff is extremely rude. I understand that retail is not an easy job, and some people suck the life out of you, but giving unprompted attitude is unacceptable and off putting, especially given that the other stores (style encore & once upon a child) do not behave this way with their customers. More often than not I've noticed they have a really unfriendly, passive aggressive environment compared to the other stores. I have sold them clothes before and decided to ignore the rudeness since I assumed everyone has bad days every now and then, but I found this behavior to be constant, and after the last time I decided not to sell nor buy anything from them by how unprofessional they acted. It bothers them to even answer questions as simple as which side of the counter to go to in order to pick up the clothes you dropped off. I asked her a basic question regarding store policies, and instead of responding like a normal human being, she (pink haired girl) angrily said she "literally" can't handle this, stated she was on break and walked away, leaving the other employee to respond to our question. Horrible, and very childish behavior. Unless you want to be treated poorly and talked down on, I suggest you save yourself the unpleasant experience and visit another store."
"Average store for used clothes. They have some good stuff. However, don’t go on weekends if you’re bringing in clothes. They don’t take much on the weekends. Brought in a bin with about 15 items. Took them 10 minutes to sort out which was perfect. Once I returned, most of the stuff was folded exactly like I gave it to them. Just lazy or had an issue with me and didn’t go through the bin thoroughly. Not sure. It was all stuff they look for also; so they can resell of course. They took 3 items for $10 on the weekend. Then I brought back the same bin the next week with the same stuff and got $40 for it and 10 items were taken. So clearly, they were in a mood lol. I’m still gonna give it 4 stars cause personally I don’t really care too much about this interaction. Just wanted to let y’all know to choose wisely when you go haha."
"Definitely not the best place to sell as they barely take anything however last time I brought in 2 big bags they only took one item which I got my money for HOWEVER I noticed a bodysuit was missing when I came home. I'm not even going to bother to dispute as I don't live near by. Dishonest business with dishonest employees."
"This place is definitely hit or miss with deals, but the last two times I went I found great items that fit my budget! Barely worn Toms for $14, a beautiful skirt for $10, and Shein pants for $10! I also found two pairs of shoes for under $30! As a college student student teaching, this really helps me expand my wardrobe all while not breaking the budget! Just wish they didn't put those stupid security tags on everything or at least changed the style when putting them on more sensitive materials because they left a hole in the pretty boots I just bought. Just make sure they take off the security tags before you leave!"
