"We visit this Home Depot several times a week. The customer service is great -- one day we asked about rock salt and explained that we are from more desert-like conditions lol, and we left feeling like we were (are) fully prepared for salting our driveway :-) We have had other friendly experiences there too -- general *where's x* and such, but we are always pointed in the right direction or they grab the item for us if we're blind to it (yup, walked by that dang carpet staple remover like 5x). And if we are wandering around with lost puppy expressions, someone usually asks if they can help, which is super nice. They've had everything we've needed so far and they've been very helpful."
"Was in on Black Friday. Was able to find somebody to help quickly in the floor section and the paint section. I was able to get at the registers without too much hassle. I wasn't expecting it to be an easy task on Black Friday, but it was."
"This place is just always falling behind , they don't have tap pay in 2023 the kid that dose my grass has tap pay. They wanted me to pay an extra 150 online for the same fridge that's not even on sale and to have it delivered cuz the app said its not in the store to pick up but wow some how it's right next to me and they have 5 more in stock here. Still waiting over 40m for them to figure this out. I feel bad for anyone that paid the 150 over the real price of this. Pic of the non instore Item in store below."
