"dear parents, do not send your kids! They are very very unprofessional! I have witnessed first hand them prioritizing drama over the kids.. if you know what’s good for your kids you will not send them to this daycare. I have witnessed Vince wave around a pocket knife around the middle schoolers and high schoolers like it was a toy. What are they promoting?! This is utterly wrong. Please don’t send your kids here."
"I had an observation week to work here awhile back. They were racist, unprofessional, and unsafe! When I brought up concerns, the director bad mouthed me and told me that she could do whatever she wanted with her center, which would be true, if it weren't for the fact the children's safety was on the line. I got pink eye TWICE in the few days that I worked there, and she didnt care AT ALL! She still expected me to come into work (again, I wasn't even a true staff member, and she still RELIED on me to be properly staffed. I cant imagine how true staff memebers are treated when theyre sick) Please find another option for your child. She even said to me IN MY INTERVIEW that the parents wishes didn't matter because "we" were actually raising these kids, not their actual parents. I later worked at another center where we had a few parents come to us from this center because they had a hand foot and mouth outbreak and didn't even alert the parents! Which again, was responded unprofessional with a "well we don't have to tell you anything" yes you do. You work FOR the parents. They'll tell you key words to make you think your child will be safe and happy, then talk bad about you behind your back, in front of your children. She also said to me, again, in the interview! That it doesn't matter what the parents think, because they're the cheapest center around, so the even if the parents don't like something "they have no other choice". I could literally write a short novel on all of the things I saw here in the THREE days I worked here, but I'll keep it short so people will actually read this. It was shocking how blantly nobody cared about the children or parents. Please find some place else where your child will be cared for."
"In my experience in the daycare world. This, by far, has been the worst daycare I have ever dealt with A Solid Foundation. The owner is always talking bad about all her parents and telling her parents information. Confidentiality means nothing to her. The doors are never locked. Anyone can just walk in. They dont look at Id’s to see if you are on the approved pick-up list. There are a lot of hidden fees when it comes to billing. She bad mouths every daycare in the area and says, "Take your child to those ghetto a$$ daycares. My daughter won’t be stepping foot in that daycare again. This was a conversation that happened in front of my child and other parents."
"Just don’t. Super great facility, it all looks nice and dandy in the beginning but as time goes by you realize how unprofessional the owner Jen is. She thinks she can parent your child better than you because she has a degree in early childhood development. And good lord, don’t you ever confront her about anything unless you don’t want your child going back there. The rest of her staff is as lovely as they come but her nasty attitude is just a no."
"We have been sending our son to preschool here and absolutely love how easy enrollment and communication between staff have been. All staff members and teachers are friendly and respectful! My son learns so much and I am impressed every day by the skills that he is learning by just going a half day. The teachers also help my son with potty training and basic skills like hand washing etc which is a huge help to us! Overall we love it here and have had no issues!"
