Dollar General

"I stopped in today it wasn’t too busy. The guy that rang up my items, he was nice. I grabbed my things and went home. I made it home and realized I forgot my snacks I payed for. I called and called several times. The line stayed busy every time I called. I guess they keep the phone off the hook. So the store closed for the day. I live 30 minutes away, I wanted to speak to someone to see if I left my bag at the counter or possibly outside in the cart. Again the line stayed busy from them time I left until closing. It would help if someone answered the phone."

"I shop at Dollar General weekly on Saturdays because of the $5 off coupon which I make sure is in my clipped coupons. EVERY TIME I shop at this location I have trouble and my coupon does not show up. No help is offered and the same cashier is rude.obviously I left my entire purchase at the counter and left."

"Worst customer service ever, The so called manager has the worst attitude even when she is called up to help. I’ve worked in retail for years and I would never dream of talking the way she does to people, she needs to be retrained asap that or promote the other colored hair young lady she is beyond the word sweet even when things don’t work , she can learn from her. Dollar general do better w your management."

"I love dollar general but this store always makes me mad. As soon as the cashier scans an item a screen pops up to enter your phone number but you have to be very fast at it because the cashier takes it away really fast. What's the point of having the coupons go through your phone number if the employees aren't letting you enter it! Train them to stop doing this"
