"I’m so disgusted with the employees at this store. I went in with my best friend (I am a thicker girl) they looked at me like I didn’t have any right being in the store just because I am thicker. I went up to the one employee asking about if we needed to get a staff member for the fitting room. She looked at me and said “I’ll be with you in a minute.” Very snippy and short as she sat ON the counter talking to 2 other employees. She then came back to the fitting room and rudely asked me how many items I had, I more so pointed to my best friend so she could tell her because I was not the one getting anything, I let them both go towards the room and she unlocked the door I was walking around her to get to the other bench and she barked at me saying “I can’t let you BOTH go in there” I said “I wasn’t hun I was going to the other bench.” after my best friend got done trying on the clothes she wanted, we went up to the front and the girl kept eyeing me the whole time. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable. I’m in the food industry and usually never write reviews just because I know how it can be but this was just awful. She was a tall thinner girl with brown hair, and if you read this I’m genuinely disgusted with you how acted. Be a kinder human being, you never know what someone is going through. SMH."

"The worst associates in any store I have ever encountered. This is exactly why these stores are going under. They don’t even deserve one star. They need to upgrade their hiring standards. Miserable staff. Don’t bother stepping into this trash box store!"

"I stopped into the South Hills Village PacSun that I normally visit and a woman with long, straight, black hair working there was ignorant towards her job and couldn’t even check to see if my online order had gone through. I had to ask her to check because when the website wasn’t working correctly, I drove to the store to have them help me place the order for in store pickup and she didn’t know how to do that either…. Poor workers. It’s a shame."

"40 minutes before close my husband and i were basically pushed out of the store because they were “closing soon”. i put my items back (in size order and straightened) and was given attitude when i said i was not ready to check out. on our way out, my husband didn’t see the gate that was lowered down. ran right into it. he’s not that tall. i’ve worked in retail for years and i would rarely complain about an experience but i personally wouldn’t let this one slide."

"This is a review of their online store. Terrible experience, they sent the wrong order so contacted them via email. They refused to send the correct item until I do the following: 1- take pictures of the wrong items; 2- write their SKU number; 3- return the wrong items. I refused to do points 1 and 2 and asked them to send me a return slip. They did but refused to send the correct order until the wrong items are received and to place a new order for the original order I requested. Not sure how they are in business but time will tell!"
