"I love this store but not this one. Every time I go to this location I get home and realize that I was charged 2 times for the same item. It's very frustrating and I am not in Butler very often. So making a special trip days later is not in my limited budget. I will visit other locations from now on. It may be only $5 to $8 but really adds up. It's ashame because this location is easy to get to for me and it has a great staff (accept for being charged 2 times for 1 item )"
"My grandmother doesn't miss a single one of their candle sales. Nice candles and also the hand soap too. The ladies in my family could probably ramble off everything else that's in the store and say how nice it is. Definitely worth going if you're in the market for what they're selling. The customer service is also excellent. Very helpful and friendly staff."
