"I was contacted by Aaron, who is NHR's HR Director. During my initial phone interview, he interrupted every answer I gave in response to his questions, usually within 5 seconds of me starting to speak. When he determined that I was eligible to move forward for an in-person interview, he stated on the phone that he would confirm address/time/etc. of my interview - he never did. I had to email him the morning of my scheduled interview for that information. After my interview with the client (one of the weirdest I've ever had where the interviewer, while very pleasant, basically tried to convince me I didn't want the job and asked me for detailed information on how I would solve 5 of their biggest HR issues), I heard nothing back. I finally reached out to Aaron a week later and he told me he "forgot" to follow up (yes, he actually said that in his email), but they were moving forward with another candidate. Inexcusable, unprofessional, and just all around not a company I'd ever consider working with, based on this experience."
