"I filed a travel insurance claim through GoReady, and this company is processing the claim. The communication has been horrendous, and I am most certainly getting the runaround. I have had much better experiences with other claims processes with other companies in the past."

"Do not use this company. Straight up unlawful yet find all the loopholes necessary to continue under the radar. I paid $340 a month just to find out I wasn’t covered in the event of an emergency (not sure how that’s legal) and am stuck with a huge bill from An ER visit I had. They lied to me to get me to sign up and now I’ll go into debt because of them."

"By far the worst experience I have had with any agency. Claim is going on 3 months now and still have not received my money. I keep getting the same response we need more time give it 10-15 business day, and when it came down to responding to a complaint they are very quick to say we are still within timeframe with just one day left and fast forwarding to that one day something else comes up and it still does not get resolved they just come up with another reason to extend another 10-15 days. The supervisor has no compassion or consideration for sensitive matters as I explained to him. And luckily we found a way to pay for my husbands operation because if we waited on this company it would still not have been able to get done and who knows what the situation would be. The supervisor attitude is very not caring and when asked if he can give me owners name he stated you will not be able to get in contact with him or speak to him. He didn’t care that the reviews were bad and he kept on saying ok to all of my remarks. I have never encountered a company with such horrible processing times and terrible customer service. And supposedly when check was issued it went to wrong address which required and additional 10-15 business days to stop request a new one and have it overnighted. 3 weeks later and still nothing. At this point my only option is to take some legal actions. Something has to be done!"

"They are saying 10-15 business days claim process for 4 months. Don't use them if you have choice. I have been calling for 4 months for simple claims. If you don't want to pay , just say it! I record everything for every conversations. Different Representative saying different stories every time!"

"I wish, I could give them negative stars or may a devil sign. These people's only objective is to harass customers who file an insurance claim. trust me the moment you get to know any insurance company has ACI has there administrator, you should avoid those insurance plans altogether. I think they get good commission based on the no.of claim denials. Please please please don't deal with this company."
