Face to face customer service... no 800 number. Direct from Highmark. Anyway, this location is great. My father had an issue wherein a doctor was billing with an incorrect code resulting in his claim not being paid. He walked in *no appointment necessary* and was able to speak to a customer advocate who got the issue resolved the same day. Highly recommend. Save yourself the frustration of calling the toll free line and pushing a bunch numbers before you even get to talk to someone."
