"Just popped in for my annual vehicle inspection. The Mazda facility is currently undergoing renovations so check in was across the street in the Audi building. I pulled in for my appointment and Cody immediately got me checked in and taken care of. Everyone who I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. The facilities are nice, comfortable and clean. The waiting area is really relaxing and there’s a TV to occupy your attention while you wait. After the technician was finished with my vehicle, they explained the condition of my vehicle and gave me a few service recommendations. Any questions I had about the condition of my vehicle were answered respectfully and in a manner in which I could understand. All that being said, I was in and out in under a hour!
