"First off.. first time here. Second Tim gave me a receipt. He didn’t ask he just put it in the bag. So thank you. That was 3 of my stars off the bat. Third. They had the 4 pack of the Vuse AND in the 5.0 gold. 4th star. And lastly helpful answered my like 2 minor questions, was willing to ring me up quickly and rang everything up ACCURATELY. The cool dude that helped me (Timothy) was very polite laid back and did his job accurately efficiently. All-around great experience so thank you I’ll be back"
"I'm new to smoking cigars and wanted to try out some sweet cigars. I was directed to which ones were sweet, to get home and find out that they were not. I called to find out the policy for returning and was told that I would not be able to . This is not the place to go if you are not sure what you're looking for as the store employees only know how to sell and no nothing about cigars."
