"Went in to buy freon. There was 4 guys behind the counter. I asked them if one of them could show me where it goes because I was clueless. They told me youtube it...i didnt have a phone & it would have taken 30 seconds to show me. It was 98 degrees out and I just needed 30 seconds of their time. Went to auto zone and they helped me without even making a purchase. Will shop at autozone from now on."

"Great store. Bought windshield wiper blades. And a nice fine gentleman that works there put them on right in my parking space. I was in and out in 10 minutes. And one of my good friends Chris Bond Clymire use to work there."

"STAY AWAY from this location especially if you are African American. My son purchased a gas can from this store for his dirt bikes. The gas can was extremely defective. Leak the full two gallons out in the back of my son's pickup. I took the gas can back to the same purchasing location with the receipt. This should have been a easy exchange however I was told directly in my face that I couldn't exchange for some bogus inaccurate reason. I calmly accepted the discrimination walked away and immediately called Advance Auto Corporate Office in which my suspicions were confirmed. Not only was I granted a refund from another local store the Corporate Office compensated me for the troubles to avoid further escalation. The associate at this Morrisville location had no idea that I have managed local retail services for over 20 years. This experience is a black eye on this store."

"Such great customer service!! All questions were asked and they were very patient for someone who knew nothing about cars. Mark, the commercial manager was respectful and friendly and did his best to inform me what was wrong and before charging me anything he gave me options to try! Definitely recommend working with them as they take a lot of pride in making their customers happy!"
