"I had an absolutely wonderful experience buying my LS 347 from Ross. Tim was super-knowledgable and made selecting the right tractor easy. Then I worked with Charlotte on ordering and pricing. She communicated proactively and often and was able to save me a few extra dollars by flagging additional savings. Finally the owner Jody delivered the unit to my house and did an hour long demo and walk through for me showing mw how to hook/unhook the backhoe and bush hog. Honestly the nicest folks hands down. I almost bought a John Deere from AgPro in OH and I'm really glad JD and AgPro forced me to cancel my order. I'm now an LS and Ross Tractor customer for life!"

"Read the review from West Virginia. This place was fully aware my tractor was bought from another dealer and made fully aware that the OTHER dealer worked on it for a LEAK. (Not a cracking noise in diff) . They did fix tractor after a month of being there. Tractor has 135 hours on it and is 2 years old. LS offers a warranty with new tractors my tractor falls into this category. I get a bill and he gets mad when I ask why isn’t this warranty work? Really ???!! Think about it... where in this world do you buy something new with a warranty and cannot take it to your closest dealer??? Your saying that warranty is void if you move or you decide to have a different dealer work on it???? Come on... you said it in your reply... we take great pride in service to what WE SELL.... The heck with rest I guess... also all my work has been documented and is on record that proves your not being truthful about the other dealer attempting to repair it. and I will drive three hours to the next dealer if I have too or sell out in LS tractors better yet! You started with the yelling and attitude And I ended up apologizing for getting mad but I had every right to be with your bitterness towards me. Done with this now . Have a blessed day"

"Awful !!! So disrespectful and unprofessional!! Our tractor is fully under warranty and the guy threw a temper tantrum about us having to pay this bill. After his rage fit, he found out we were covered by LS . He said ,” He wished he had never seen our tractor”. I will be contacting LS . Any normal adult would have politely found out the facts first then have an adult discussion about what is covered in a warranty that we paid for in the purchase of a NEW tractor !!!! - Love your response, All LS dealers are covered by LS Warranty to service their product. Also , the other LS dealer worked on a totally different part. And you didn’t squeeze us in ahead of anyone, you’ve had our tractor in line sitting on your lot to be worked on over a month. Your response is just as expected. This is your warning, Don’t Go Here!!!!!!"
