"The associate was very rude, and his overall demeanor was incredibly off-putting. I went in because a product I purchased stopped working. IMO, the associate had this arrogant aura about him when he felt he had the upper hand.. I don’t want to give too many specific details because, at the end of the day, what’s important is that you should treat everyone with kindness, and realize no one is better than anyone… Especially your customers since without them there is no store! This happened a couple weeks ago, and even in hindsight I feel the same way. Keep in mind, this is the only time I’ve had an issue there, and I’ve been there at least 5 times, but it was enough that I won’t be returning. Plus, I discovered they are more expensive than some other smoke shops in Morgantown. I get what I used to get there for $5 cheaper where I go now."
"Best in town ,UPDATE, THE GUY THAT ORIGINALLY STARTED THE STORE IS AMAZING I DON'T KNOW HIS NAME, well the new guy that is working in the store now is really great too. He's very nice respectful and if you're a dollar or too Short he'll still work with you. That's how you do business when someone comes in all the time, if they're a little short one day look out for them. Because they will remember that always thank you guys"
