"This is a nice Dollar General/Family Dollar alternative. It's nice and bright inside and has tons of $1 items. They have everything from juice, butter and sometimes even hotdogs all the way to bath items, baby supplies, socks, hoodies, hair supplies and candy. It's always clean and organized and the staff is very international. There aren't too many small businesses left in Philly. When I find a good one, I'd like to support them."

Sure, it’s not so much a “dollar store”, but it’s a pleasant mom and pop shop that will probably have what you need."
