"We had a great experience recently at the Philadelphia showroom. It was really helpful to compare settings and stones in person and not just on the website, and to also get a better idea of which rings would work best with a standard vs curved wedding band when the time comes. Monique was friendly, knowledgeable, patient -- just all-around wonderful to work with. She took the time to pull one more stone late into the appointment that she had a feeling would be perfect based on the feedback we'd given on other stones so far, and she was totally right! Brilliant Earth ended up being the first and only stop on our hunt for an engagement ring, and we are so happy with the final product. The initial quoted date for the ring to be ready at the showroom was a little later than we were hoping, but Monique put in a request for it to come a few days sooner and the ring ended up being ready even a few days sooner than that!
