"Recieved terrible service and was completely disrespected. He ruined my perfectly clear blemish free lab created diamond that refracted light amazingly. It looks like he melted the bottom or used some sort of glue. The clarity is gone. When I calmly and respectfully called his attention to it he refused to acknowledge it just saying he had to do it to make the stone stay in the setting and telling me how long he's been doing this. He started getting loud and emotional. He literally threw a tantrum including banging his head on the wall and walked away. At this point, I'm fighting back angry tears. How dare you be upset when you've ruined my once in a lifetime keepsake??? I threw the $20 on the counter and walked out (after some confusion where he told me not to pay, but then said to pay). He did not offer any rectification and told me to get out and not come back. I did return to the store to get the receipt as evidence he did this. He had torn up it up and threw it away. I have all the pieces. It did not have to be like this. A little customer service and humility would have gone a long way. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS FOR HOWEVER LONG IT REMAINS."
