Send the hubby with the shopping list: Gran Gala, a bottle of decent Ruby Port (who doesn't have at least one Ruby Port in stock??), Ondarre (we don't have any, when will it be in? We don't know) and Dark Horse Suavignon Blanc (We don't have any. Hmmm. Funny. I just called and you told me you did.) This used to be a fabulous wine shop. Now it's not. After 20 years I will be looking for somewhere else to stock up."

"RUDE cashier told me that my bill was $ and cents. Was getting the correct change from my wallet, and was mocked by this woman cashier...saying she hates when people are digging for change when there is a line waiting. There was one other customer. This customer walked up to the cash register while I was already paying. There was NO line. I explained that I was trying to pay the exact price, and was told that I just should give her another dollar bill.....after the universal coin shortage asking for exact change, I got into the habit of giving correct change....there was no reason for her demeaning attitude and comments. I now shop elsewhere..."

"Completely Rude!!! Went in and called my husband to see what he wanted, and grabbed two six packs before hanging up. I was trying to grab my phone to hang up but it was my turn next. When I got the cashier scoffed and the other cashier decides to call me rude in front of everyone! They both exchange banter as I’m standing right there!! She tells me my price (which is 21.39) and I say to my cashier “Here is 20”. Before I can get the rest out my wallet she rudely says “I said 21.39”. I tell her I am trying to pull the rest out but she rolls her eyes. I take my 20 off the counter, leave the two six packs and walk out! I’m not spending here to be humiliated and disrespected. Idk if one of them is the owner or not, but I will gladly take my business somewhere!"
