"Horrible experience, my mom was yelled at without a reason by the lady at the bakery. She was mistreated horribly!! I cannot believe the management is allowing such disrespectful behavior from their employees. Definitely never stepping a foot in this store ever again!!!"
"Absolutely terrible. The quality just keeps getting worse. As a former store manager of 7 years they are misusing labor employees do not care about customers helping you or doing their job. When you ask for help and seafood meat or Deli there they are not going to help you they will just ignore you. Even when people are present and you say hey can someone help me with this they do not call I had to call from inside the store after standing at the seafood counter for 15 minutes and asking for help from both the meat department and the deli department to get someone paged to seafood or see if there was anyone working in Seafood today no one knows the answer after calling from my cell phone to get someone page to Seafood twice finally an associate arrives does not greet me just says 1 minute and walks away comes back says they can't help me they'll get someone else and walks away. I went to the front desk to make the manager aware there's no manager they never showed up for work. I don't know how they stay in business I guess I will be going to the Lawrenceville ShopRite from now on. It is 8:00 a.m. your store opens at 7:00 a.m. you should have 45 minutes to an hour of stocking time before the store opens with labor allocation in your schedule. It's not the people don't want to work it's that people follow the actions of their manager piss poor service usually means piss poor management and if you're concerned about your employees showing up to work and doing their job or showing up on time maybe you should look at management because they are not in the building when they should be."
"Store is fine, but needs more security, it’s not safe to even walk from the parking lot to the store. The lady who parked next to me screamed at me all these insults on the top of her lungs at me unprovoked despite minding my own business, so I was afraid to walk in and out of the store. It’s the first time anything like that ever happened to me, even in the neighborhood, so it’s pretty shocking. The staff was really nice to me about it, and it’s a convenient location, but I don’t think I’ll rush back especially when it’s dark out."
"I purchased these along with a couple of other items on Saturday evening. I didn’t think that they would be 8 months expired and sitting on a shelf with the healthy snacks. I’m very disappointed because I’m breastfeeding. I ate only 3 of the puffs. You can smell from the bag and the taste that they are very old."
"I tried their Shop at Home for the first time and last time. They left my groceries on the porch without contacting me that it was even out there. I'm thankful that no one ran off with my stuff. At least Wegmans Shop at Home was better and a lot more courteous. I'll be using them instead."
